...feel'n pretty good that I knew most of these. Regardless, it's an excellent list. A nice one to add is: CMD + 0 to reveal all the scaling handles while in Transform mode (CMD + T). Another nice feature is all the "invisible" sliders over select words in the toolbar and floating palettes. Place your cursor over, say, the word "Opacity" in the toolbar while the Brush tool is active.
