I will be waiting

Funny how many times, while we were walking together, I said, "Go slow, I'm falling behind."

Lying in my bed I hear the clock tick and think of you

Caught up in circles, confusion is nothing new
Flash back warm night, almost left behind
Suitcase of memories
Time after sometime you pictured me
I'm walking too far ahead
You're callin' to me
I can't hear what you've said
Then you said, "Go slow, I fall behind"
The second hand unwinds

If you're lost you can look and you will find me
Time after time
If you fall I will catch you, I'll be waiting
Time after time

If you're lost you can look and you will find me
Time after time
If you fall I will catch you, I'll be waiting
Time after time

After my picture fades
And darkness has turned to grey
Watching through windows
You're wondering if I'm OK
Secrets stolen from deep inside
The drum beats out of time

If you're lost you can look and you will find me
Time after time
If you fall I will catch you, I'll be waiting
Time after time

You said, "Go slow, I fall behind"
The second hand unwinds

If you're lost you can look and you will find me
Time after time
If you fall I will catch you, I'll be waiting
Time after time

Time after time

Barry, you've been doing a good job picking my theme songs lately. Not that i don't love Cindy Lauper, but Nicole Nordeman does a wonderful version and on her CD insert she writes about her testimony and how this song impacted her.

Hang in there my friend

P - That's quite the coincidence...or not. We do seem to relate on many things. I find that cool.

Hi Barry -- thinking of you!

Also, this song is interesting to me, too. When I was in high school, I played this (piano) and sang it with some friends to a bunch of our mothers (for a mother's brunch). It is still one of my mom's favorites and she'll ask me to sing/play it every so often.

HUGS and prayers, my friend. You're on my mind and in my heart.

Just hearing from you is encouraging Liz, thank you. I'm in a valley right now. My heart is broken. Thanks for keeping me in your prayers.
